The cuts are a mix of boho and Japanese - the fabrics are hand-printed with block prints and the material is wonderfully soft and organic. Each piece is unique and has great potential to become your new favorite piece of clothing.
The TARA dress is the perfect favorite dress. Its straight cut is not only figure-friendly, but also super comfortable. You can sit, lie down, run, dance in TARA - it doesn't pinch or pinch and just goes along with everything. The best thing: you can even adjust the size of TARA. Either you tie the ties at the neck and back or you make straps out of them. So you can wear it either higher or lower. TARA is available in sizes S/M and M/L.
The designs are inspired by the desert dwellers of North India. We have already spent a lot of time there and have always been fascinated by the naturalness and closeness to the earth with which people live and work there. The cuts of the collection are reminiscent of the bright dresses of the desert nomads of Rajasthan. They are cooling in the sun and at the same time protect against wind and sand. The block prints are based on traditional Rajasthani patterns.
The colors of the block prints are made from plants and contain no chemicals. Roots and flowers are dried, pulverized and then mixed with water to form a paste.
Hemp linen is a very soft, organic material. It is a blend of hemp fiber and cotton linen. It feels like soft linen and gets softer with washing. You can machine wash it at 30 degrees. Please hang to dry and do not put in the tumble dryer. To protect the colors for as long as possible, add a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of vinegar to the washing machine.
Please note that our dresses are made and printed by hand. Each piece is unique. You can find minimal variations in the pattern of the block prints. Sometimes they are not perfectly symmetrical or some lint gets under the paint. Please do not consider this a flaw but rather the real, organic character of a valuable handicraft.
