All items can be returned within 14 days, even without giving reasons.
An insight into the process
Please note that every return for our small team means additional costs and considerable additional effort. We would like to give you an insight into which work steps each return brings:

Kontaktaufnahme Sobald du das Rückgabeformular (siehe oben) ausgefüllt hast, müssen wir deine Bestellung manuell auswählen, überprüfen und Kontakt mit dir aufnehmen.

Paket zuordnen Nachdem wir die Rücksendung erhalten haben, bestimmen wir, von wem sie stammt (das Beilegen des Lieferscheins/der Bestellnummer erleichtert uns diese Aufgabe erheblich).

Überprüfen der Artikel Als nächstes folgt das Auspacken und die Überprüfung des Zustands der Artikel (sind sie beschädigt? Wurden sie nicht getragen?).

Verpackungen entsorgen Der Versandkarton muss entsorgt werden, was der Umwelt schadet und uns zusätzliche Kosten verursacht (je nach Kartongröße zwischen 0,50 Euro und 4 Euro).

In das Lager einräumen Dann muss der Artikel wieder in das entsprechende Lagerregal einsortiert werden.

In den Onlineshop einbinden Anschließend ist der Artikel erneut manuell in unserer Shopsoftware für den Verkauf zu listen.

Rückerstattung Schließlich erfolgt die Rücküberweisung an dich, welche wir auch händisch ausführen.
Important information about your return
With simple returns, as if an article does not like, does not fit, or too much ordered, you bear the costs of the return. We ask not to arrange any returns at our expense because we will not accept them and they would go back to the sender (you).
Please note that only goods can be returned in the original condition, stain -free and unworn.
Please add your order number to your return (you can find them in your order confirmation) so that we can assign them to your order.
We recommend sending the package with a tracking number for returns, as we do not take responsibility for lost returns. We are only responsible for the goods again when we have arrived in the warehouse.
Please pack the goods in a transport -proof manner, because nothing is more annoying than that the products are damaged and no one wants to take responsibility for it.
It can take up to 14 days before your return has been processed and a refund is arranged.
You will receive the return address after filling out the form by email.
Faqs
You can return each article within 14 days. The decisive factor for a reimbursement is that the contact has been made within the 14 days, even if your return only arrives from us after this period.
A reimbursement is the fastest if you use the form on this page.
Alternatively, you can use our sample cancellation form and send us by email, which you can find in the cancellation policy.
Articles can only be returned in the original condition, stain -free and unworn.
After you have registered a return with us, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The credit is made to your payment method used as soon as the goods have arrived and we have checked it.
Usually the credit is carried out within 14 days after the return has arrived.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any free return. To send an order back, you have to give up the package yourself at the post office.
Please request an submission document and raise it so that your return is not lost.
We will reimburse all the costs that you have incurred when you buy the goods. This includes:
- Product price (e) including VAT
- Shipping costs of the order if all items are returned to the order
The following costs are not reimbursed:
- Shipping costs & packaging costs of the return
- Shipping costs if one or more items are kept
You will receive the address of our warehouse by email after you have filled out the form on this page and have registered your return.
