Care tips for your Wild Folk favorite clothing

Are you wondering how best to maintain your handmade treasures? We have a few tips for you to make sure your favorite pieces last long and what new looks like.

Loving handwork

Please keep in mind that yours handmade treasures were manufactured with a lot of care and love and should be treated accordingly. Manual work also means that each piece is unique. Patterns and colors can easily differ from the pictures - especially with our batik pieces there is always a bit of a coincidence in the game. In the case of pieces of hand, but also with other hand -colored pieces, the color can look a little different than in the pictures. Please do not consider this as defects, but as a quality feature of a real manual work, in which no machine has replaced a workforce.

Wash and dry

Hand washing is your best friend! Avoid washing your handmade clothing too often or hot, as this can damage the delicate fabrics. Instead, we recommend washing it gently by hand or having a maximum of 30 degrees in the machine and in the air. Please read the care labels carefully before washing and drying to avoid accidents. Please wash the colored pieces with similar colors, since you can rub off a little at the beginning.

Smaller spots

Pay attention to smaller spots and dirt. If you notice a stain, treat it immediately to prevent it from stuck. Use gentle cleaning agents and first test them in an inconspicuous area to ensure that they do not damage the fabric.

storage

Store your handmade clothes correctly. Avoid squeezing them into overcrowded cupboards, as this can lead to deformations. Instead, hang them up or put them flat in drawers to get their shape. Otherwise Rayon in particular tends to wrinkle.

We hope that these tips will help you to optimally maintain your handmade clothing and enjoy it for a long time. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.
